The Decline of Britain: Immigration, Economy, and a Call for Change - It began in the 60s

 

It’s easy to point fingers when things go wrong, and lately, immigration—legal and illegal—has been a lightning rod for Britain’s frustrations. I understand the concerns about integration and the pressures on our communities, but the real issue runs deeper. 

Over the past two years, we’ve seen significant demographic shifts, with some claiming that 2% of the British population has been “replaced.” (source - Of about 69,000,000 people in the UK; another 1.3 million net, came to the UK in 2023 and 2024 = about 1.8%) But blaming the boats and immigrants misses part of the bigger picture: Britain’s decline has been decades in the making, driven not only by newcomers but by systemic failures rooted in our own society.
Since the 1960s, Britain has been on a downward trajectory. It wasn’t Margaret Thatcher who kicked off the economic struggles—monetarism and cutbacks began under the Labour government in the late 1970s, which even required an IMF bailout. 

Here is Denis Healey, the then Chancellor of the Exchequer, openly admitting that wages were out of control and that public spending had to be cut, in order for the economy to improve, via more exports.  Can you actually imagine Rachel Reeves saying this now?  As our debt mounts up on a daily basis.

By 1979, the Tories capitalized on the slogan “Labour Isn’t Working” amid a global recession that deepened our woes. Fast forward to today, and the challenges persist: a budget deficit potentially ballooning to £100-200 billion, whispers of another IMF intervention, and an economy struggling to stay afloat.

The public sector tells a similar story. Despite claims of austerity since the end of COVID, governments across the UK—England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland—have added 200,000 to 250,000 public sector workers. How can we call this austerity when employment in this sector has surged? Meanwhile, unemployment hovers around 30% in some areas, with millions either unable or unwilling to work—a situation that’s simply unsustainable.

But it’s not just economics. There’s a cultural malaise, too. I saw it first-hand today in Glasgow’s affluent West End, a place that, like many British cities, feels like it’s been crumbling for decades. I went to a local gym to lift weights, only to find a group of teenagers loitering, disrupting the space with no regard for others. 
I guarantee you that in countries like Japan, South Korea and CERTAINLY not in Cambodia, this wouldn’t happen—discipline and respect for shared spaces are non-negotiable there. Here, I had to move to another set of weights, knowing that intervening would likely get me in trouble. This small incident reflects a broader lack of discipline that’s plagued Britain since the 1960s, when we began to lose our sense of collective responsibility.

Immigrants aren’t the root of this problem, though some argue they exacerbate it. The real issue lies with the majority—80-85% of the population, particularly the middle and working classes—who’ve allowed this decline to fester. From economic mismanagement to a lack of civic pride, we’ve failed to keep up with the rest of the world. 
The irony? The world seems to be catching up to our struggles, with similar issues emerging in France, Germany, and beyond.
So, what’s the solution? Some pin their hopes on Reform, but I’m sceptical it’ll change much. Our democratic system, while valuable, has struggled to address these deep-rooted issues. Stronger leadership—perhaps even a more authoritative approach, as seen in places like China—might be needed to restore order and purpose. But that’s a tough sell in a country that cherishes its alleged freedoms - where a misplaced social media post will get you jail time.
Britain isn’t doomed, but we’re at a crossroads. Blaming immigrants or any single group won’t fix our problems. We need to confront the real issues—economic instability, cultural drift, and a lack of discipline—with honesty and bold action.

And has been in debates the last week about "cultural appropriation", that seems to be, if a white man invents ANYTHING, the entire world is allowed to use it! - I have NO problem whatsoever with that.

BUT, if it is the other way around, then whitey is NOT allowed to use it.

As part Hispanic, if you wish to do anything "Hispanic", go right ahead!  It then proves, that "us people" are valued and have "made it"!

And that brings us back to Exhibit A, Sax's instrument, that I've never really cared for, with the exception of two songs:

1) Moving in Stereo, The Cars, 1978 - The ending is sensational, with a sax lead, played by Greg Hawks.

2) Maneater, Hall and Oates, 1982 - Both the intro and rest of the song, is one of the ONLY times I've felt the Sax was used properly.

And that returns us back to the Saxophone.

It appears, to have never really taken off in classical music, perhaps the first and best known piece when the sax was actually used, was Rossini's "Robert Bruce"; what a coincidence, as I presently reside in Scotland and am classified as a "new Scot"!

Later, after it was not gaining too much favour in the classical music world, Wikipedia states:

While the saxophone remained marginal and regarded mainly as a novelty instrument in the classical music world, many new musical niches were established for it during the early decades of the twentieth century.

Its early use in vaudeville and ragtime bands around the turn of the century laid the groundwork for its use in dance orchestras and eventually jazz.

So this beggars the question, why are these Jazzmen still allowed to use it?

Part 2 - It pays to be a "minority" in the UK - British Advertisements on TV - They're a laugh!

I've noticed this for a LONG time, probably the last 5 years, when I started to again watch British TV.

I at times subscribe to another YouTuber, who recently had something on this, and came to the figure that blacks are in 94% of UK TV adverts!  

Think of that for a minute!  Blacks are at most, 4% of the UK population, but are in 94% of our bloody adverts (Brit Speak for "TV commercials")!  

94%!!!!!  WTF!

In fact, they are simply EVERYWHERE!  For ANY product, ANY TV series, ANY service, no matter the popularity or size of the market.

Hell, if you advertise hamster food nowadays in the United Kingdom, you simply MUST have a brother or sister in your advert!  And I am not lying.  Please see below for some simply, laughable examples:

The above is preposterous, as the level  of self-published Blacks is extremely low!

And this is the classic case, perhaps the MOST classic case of Virtual Signalling by the radical, leftist, Guardian reading, UK establishment, to feel guilt free.

But PLEASE tell me, how does this actually assists or helps the, at times, dreadful state of Black Britain?

Will it stop the black on black crime or knife murders in London; where quote:

Will it help the wealth gap shrink between Black and Non-black Brits?  No.

MI5, MI6 - I thought the spy agencies had a problem Recruiting? Really! They're woke as hell!

 

This piece of woke propaganda showed up on my delightful, warm, Facebook page this week.  You only have to have a quick glance to know that they're woke as fuck there nowadays, which goes to explain, that NOTHING is safe from the Wokist fascists nowadays - they will even put our national security on the line as well!  Putin and Xi are laughing.

This was of interest to me this week, because on the same day, or at least I thought, I was listening to GB News where they were having a discussion about the inability of our surveillance agencies (for example MI5 and MI6) to recruit quality people - well I have your answer!

Years ago, I actually made various paper sifts and was called for a 2 hour quiz for our beloved Foreign Service.  Naturally I failed it, but what I saw was simply astounding - It was literally only Oxbridge graduates doing the test with me that day.  It was almost that I have wandered into an academic exercise for the elite.

Hey, they need the elite for these type of jobs, so I'm for this, but that's my point about "diversity".  The two females in the picture above are also not diverse in any way, shape or form as well; one merely has orange hair, the other light brown skin.  Besides that, there is NO difference whatsoever between them.  They are both probably; middle-class, privileged, boring as hell, called Emily or Rebecca, and have First Classes in some arts subject.

Which tends to prove that "diversity" nowadays, is PURELY based on skin colour.

British policy meant for the British ("Levelling Up"); will be used for Refugees! I'm back and ready to blog!

 

Please read this utter piece of nonsense, in a "you can't make it up" manner!  Interesting, that I haven't seen anything on this (though the last 10 days I've been out of the country) in the MSM, and must rely on a Cambridge website?

Levelling Up, is a conservative party / government policy, that recently handed out billions to deprived areas, predominantly in the north part of the UK, as they have both recently and always have, suffered in economic terms when compared to the affluent South & London.

Since late 2021, it has given £3.8 billion to these areas.   A more specific link can be found here, where the areas and projects where the money is going, is detailed. 

So when I, by chance, bumped into the above Cambridgeshire link, I was simply disgusted and was screaming at the internet!

New homes specifically for Ukrainian and Afghan refugees are due to be built in Cambridge. Cambridge City Council has agreed to spend over £11.3million on either buying or building a minimum of 30 new homes for refugees in the city.

Levelling Up, was always meant to help BRITISH people, NOT anyone else.  By British, I mean us lot, who are here living, struggling, working, paying taxes, etc!

It was NEVER meant to fund fucking refugees who are recent to our country!  Not now, not ever!  And I say this as a person who was not born in the UK, but who has happily lived here, and integrated myself here, over the last decades.

There are people waiting for new housing EVERYWHERE in this country, and although Cambridge Council claim this is only temporary; with the number of "refugees" pouring into the UK each week, they know that they are lying to us.

Equally, to spend 11.1 million pounds on 30 houses (£370,000 per house!!!), is simply obscene!

This should be immediately investigated by the Levelling Up Secretary, Michael Gove.

Liz Truss - My take on her "Budget" & the Government - Media Complex - Part 2

 

As the Hombre above confirms, the absolute shite that any thinking person has had to endure the last several weeks here in the UK is unbearable.

The problem, is that there are NO thinking people in the UK nowadays.  Just a group of fat, illiterate, Netflix watching, victimhood seeking drones.  

And this doesn't even include Millennials; who are even worse!

The is absolutely true.  As the below link to even NPR, will show, with the Kwarteng being Kwazi Kwarteng, the then UK Finance Minister - LINK

Axing the top-earners tax rate would have cost about 2 billion pounds, a small share of the government's overall tax-cutting plan. Kwarteng said Monday that the government was sticking to its other tax policies, including a cut next year in the basic rate of income tax and a reversal of a corporation tax hike planned by the previous government.

The part about the Corporation Tax, is that Truss actually got the planned rise from 19% to 25% stopped, which I thought was basic Conservative Party principles, as in, "We're the party of low taxes." - Boy, was I wrong!

This apparently kicked off a run on the pound, with Truss panicking, and receiving little to no support from her party, which resulted in her sacking of Kwarteng and reversing the tax cuts.

 

This is the way it played out, but in reality, and with little to no mention in the MSM, the Euro and many other currencies had also seen their currencies sink against the Dollar, due NOT to any tax cuts, but to the Federal Reserve Board's strong dollar policy.

Remember - NOT ONE MENTION!

In fact, if anything, the Euro was not only sinking, but by an even LARGER amount than the Pound fell. 

Interesting that.  No retaliation against the Euro, and the left-wing governments involved; Germany - with the SPD and French - with Macron.

Isn't that interesting?  Out of the 4 main western democracies, ONLY the UK has a non-leftist government.  And lo and behold, it was ONLY the UK, where there was a concerted attack against their currency. I will look at just WHO did this attack in Part 3, but that's another story.

What Truss should have done, is exactly what Boris had done in the past.

1) Held her ground, as the pound not only would've rose (it has), but it would have given her time to show that it was only a temporary thing.

2) Taken the Whip away from the bullies in her own government.  Basically, this makes them non-entities in the sphere of things, and they would've been welcome to resign if they really wanted to.

3) Hinted that there would be an investigation into just WHY the pound was falling - aimed solely at the monopolistic investing groups, who were responsible for this.

I know it may have been difficult, but certainly far less destructive and humiliating than what actually transpired.

Glasgow Socialist *hole, now having to sell off their Buildings - What a dump!

A few years ago, Glasgow, as in Glasgow City Council (GCC), had come to an agreement after a lawsuit, to pay £500,000,000 to about 14,000 mostly female workers!

That's one helluva lot of money!  

Fancy that, a group of hard-core socialists, had been found to be discriminating against females . . . for years!  

Yea, that's right, the Left are your friends.  

Who in their right mind still believes this?  Particularly in this day and woke age; when the head of the Labour party, Sir Kier Starmer (Ed; What a name! And his middle-name is Rodney!), can't even define a women!

But coming back to the half a billion quid, it was said at that time, that Glasgow in 2019 would either delay the decision, or in the future, would need to start to sell its limited amount of assets - predominantly, land and buildings. 

Let's face it, in reality, that's really the only things that a local government own.

Now it seems, that several simply wonderful city buildings, built and paid for by the once, hard-working citizens, will have to be sold, and then leased back.  The two above could possibly be that way.  They are both magnificent!

Yet another sign, of the sheer, and utter incompetence of leftists, be they here in Scotland, Chicago, Philadelphia, or wherever they might be infested in.

This week - Ukraine, part of the EU? Really? They've just banned opposition parties!

Ah, so we want Ukraine to be part of the EU now; really?

So much so, that we even invited Zelensky to speak to the hoards of leftist vegans at the Glastonbury Festival this weekend; but unknownst to this collection, of ignorant millennials, him and his cronies have finalised their banning of 11 political parties in Ukraine.

And not only that, they've seized their assets as well!   I quote:

What about the basic tenets that a country should follow in order to be part of this beloved (sic) organisation?  Look here:
